Town Squares

The Villages comes to life in the Town Squares every day and every night all year long.

Currently, there are three large town squares within The Villages. There’s a lot of conversations about future projects, future types of venues as TV continues to grow South of the Florida Turnpike, but only a small amount is formally announced yet.

Each town square has a different look & feel and vibe with live entertainment every evening of the year! The town squares include a bandshell/stage for music acts, seating, and bars/beverage stations. The town squares are surrounded by private businesses including restaurants, retailers, and The Villages sales offices, etc. There are public bathrooms located just off of each town square.

Spanish Springs is the oldest town square located in the Northeast quadrant of the Villages. It has a distinctive Mexican/Spanish theme and is just south of Rt 27/441.
