There has been some recent chatter online about the various golf cart tunnels in The Villages tied to “lifted” golf carts and some newer electric carts. This is also a follow-up to recent hurricane storm effects specific to these tunnels.

When it rains a lot, these tunnels can fill with water and debris. So, it’s important to drive slow, especially when entering and exiting a tunnel.
And, it can’t be said enough, to get one of the GPS apps <HERE> that help guide you around The Villages. You do NOT want to be on a public street in a golf cart (unless you have a truly street-legal cart)
